Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Contract | Part-Time | Days | Onsite

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services during day shift hours
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care goals and outcomes
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Participate in orientation as scheduled and adhere to facility protocols and procedures

• Minimum of 1 year of previous Physical Therapist experience required
• At least 1 completed travel contract required
• Active Iowa state Physical Therapist license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Taxable home address must be located outside of 50 miles from the facility

• Copies of relevant certifications on file
• Skills checklist completed within the past year
• At least one supervisory reference available at time of submission
