Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 am to 5 pm Experience: Minimum of 4 years active, full-time patient care experience. Previous managerial experience preferred. License: Must be licensed in good standing in the relevant state as a Physical Therapist. Certifications: Current BLS Must-Have: - Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited program in Physical Therapy. Description: Manages a hospital-based inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic. Demonstrates a commitment to corporate pillars of excellence including patient-centered excellence, employee focus, workforce development, community satisfaction, and financial viability. Supports medical staff and participates in interdisciplinary team functions. Promotes a team atmosphere and the professional development of all department staff. Provides patient care as needed, including skilled physical therapy evaluations and establishment of treatment plans. Optimizes department revenue streams and manages department expenses to promote financial viability. Balances expectations for reports, audits, and tracking measures with other clinic demands. Promotes and adheres to appropriate compliance with all corporate and governmental guidelines for physical therapy practice. Coordinates specialty field clinic, including screening and prioritizing of all referrals. Collaborates with teams to build administrative processes. Supports the mission statement of the organization. All travelers are required to show proof of completed COVID vaccinations.
