Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Deliver care across scheduled day shifts, including availability for shifts ending at 6:00 PM on designated days
- Complete required orientation modules and annual compliance training as assigned
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Valid Michigan Physical Therapist license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Demonstrated orthopedic and neurological therapy skills
- Proof of flu vaccination required (exemption requests must be submitted within 48 hours of contract signing)
- Professional references required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with compliance modules and self-reporting processes
