Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver direct patient care in a rehabilitation hospital setting
Monitor and document patient progress toward functional goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience providing physical therapy in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
Familiarity with a wide range of diagnoses including neurological and orthopedic conditions
