Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in a rehabilitation hospital setting
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery goals
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience working in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
- Familiarity with a wide range of rehabilitation diagnoses and treatment protocols
