Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for 2 evenings per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a caseload of 55–63 patients per week
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately using Raintree EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
- New graduates are not eligible for this position
- Ability to complete required HealthStream modules (approximately 3 hours) prior to start date
- Willingness to work 2 evenings per week as part of the schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Raintree EMR system
- Comfort managing a high-volume outpatient caseload efficiently
