Position OverviewInabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel home health assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a patient-centered, independent care environment and are comfortable delivering therapy services directly in patients’ homes.
You will play a critical role in improving mobility, restoring function, and enhancing quality of life for patients across the Anchorage and Eagle River communities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality home health physical therapy services to assigned patients
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safety
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (Alaska or compact eligibility preferred)
- Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Assignment Details & Unique Notes- Patient Volume: 5–6 visits per day (average)

- Compensation: Up to $50/hour (adjusted based on experience)
