Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday through Friday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy standards of practice
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility requirements
Required Qualifications- Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Minimum 36-hour weekly availability guarantee
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
- Familiarity with facility-based physical therapy settings
