Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo identification badge at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
