Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapy license required — compact licensure alone is not accepted
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Must meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
- Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation platforms and workflows
