Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $3,135 to $3,335 per week in San Francisco, CA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current license for state where practicing
• BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or until last patient
• Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic
• Works in conjunction with a team of therapists
• Evaluates and treats patients with various musculoskeletal injuries
• Communicates treatment plans and evaluations to medical teams
• Reports patient progress to in-house doctors and specialty doctors such as orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons
