Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $3,135 to $3,335 per week in San Francisco, CA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current license for state where practicing
• BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

Assignment Details

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or until last patient.
• Work setting includes outpatient orthopedic injuries in a clinic setting.
• Position requires working between two centers.
