Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Conduct evaluations and follow-ups for primarily outpatient and some inpatient care
Manage a fast-paced workload with 12-15 patients per shift
Direct physical therapy assistants and coordinate with the team to ensure effective patient care
Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Wisconsin PT licensure
BLS certification
Minimum 1-year experience post-education; 3+ years preferred
Experience in inpatient settings preferred, outpatient experience considered
Familiarity with Cerner charting system is desirable
