Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitative care within a clinical therapy setting. This role focuses on evaluating patient mobility, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting recovery through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
The Physical Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, restore functional movement, and enhance overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercises
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California
State-issued identification required
