Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitative care services in a healthcare setting. The PT will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Number of Shifts: 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document patient care and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation teams
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and recovery plans
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Promote patient safety and quality care practices
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
State licensure required for New Hampshire
Experience in rehabilitation or healthcare settings preferred
