Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (PT) Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous experience required License: State license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Epic experience required Not been an employee of the organization in the last 12 months Driver's license required Work history/resume required Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required License verification required One supervisory reference required at the time of submission Taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility required Description: The traveler will be part of the interdisciplinary team. The role contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in patient care management. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across various locations. The traveler will be required to work 1-2 of the following summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. The traveler must be able to provide exceptional care to patients and effectively collaborate with others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. An ability to adapt to different settings and patient needs is important in this role. The physical therapist will ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Professional development and ongoing education are encouraged. The physical therapist is expected to maintain a positive attitude and support team dynamics.
