Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,820 to $3,020 per week in Morgantown, WV

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Home health experience required. Experience with OASIS assessments required.
• Experience using home care documentation software preferred. HCHB experience preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive PT evaluations, establish measurable goals, develop and modify treatment plans, and document according to facility, payer, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supervising PT assistants and aides in accordance with state practice act preferred.

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift: Days. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Job Type: Travel contract.
• County coverage area includes Monongalia, Preston, Wetzel, Tucker, and Grant counties.
• No on-call or weekend requirements.
