You will use an electronic medical record system and mobile technology to streamline charting and communication while in the field. The home health environment offers a high degree of professional autonomy and allows you to see the direct impact of your interventions in the patient’s own setting. You will often work closely with families and caregivers, tailoring interventions to the home environment and prioritizing practical, functional goals that matter most to patients.
