Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: At least 1 year required License: Missouri PT State license (PT compact privileges possible) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Home Health PT experience Documentation experience with Meditech Ability to manage a caseload of 8-11 patients per day Description: The position is for a Physical Therapist in Home Health. The role requires working within a 60-mile radius. First-time travelers are accepted. The contract length is 13 weeks. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Weekends and call are not required. Floating to other departments will not be necessary. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in home health. The expected productivity is 4-5 patients per day, depending on area and travel. Mileage reimbursement will be provided based on the IRS standard mileage rate in effect at the time of travel. Keep requests for time off to a minimum, as holidays may be worked during the assignment. All candidates must follow compliance guidelines for travel assignments.
