Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Pending License Accepted Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Experience with Oasis preferred Description: Home Health Physical Therapist needed for a home health setting. This position requires a 1:1 patient ratio. Travelers are expected to have their own transportation. The facility minimizes drive and windshield time, but there may be occasional maximum travel of 50+ miles. Must have primary series COVID vaccination along with one booster. Oasis experience is a requirement. Local candidates are accepted within a specified radius. The facility allows for a call-off of one shift per pay period. Travelers will not need to float between units. No weekend work is required. All travelers can expect to have reliable communication devices for work purposes. This facility is supportive of travelers and offers an environment to grow in home health rehabilitation services.
