The role involves visiting patients in their homes. Shifts are scheduled for 8 hours during the day. The patient-to-therapist ratio is 1:1. The physical therapist may visit up to 6 patients per day. A standard productivity point expectation is required. Oasis experience is necessary for this position. The facility requires compliance with COVID-19 vaccination guidelines. Travelers are expected to have reliable transportation due to occasional maximum travel distances. All travelers must be prepared to float between different facilities if necessary. Team collaboration and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. Home health experience is preferred for this position.
