Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience License: Active state license required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BCLS) Must-Have: Experience with Oasis Description: Home Health Physical Therapist needed in the local area. This position requires a schedule of 8-hour days. The therapist will work on a 1:1 ratio with patients. The standard productivity expectation is up to 30 points. No weekend work is required. The traveler must have reliable transportation. The facility provides efficient client grouping to minimize drive time. Occasionally, the maximum driving radius may reach over 50 miles. The primary series of COVID vaccinations and one booster are required. Oasis experience is essential for this role. Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state if required. All travelers should be prepared for potential shift cancellations during the pay period. Clinical experience in home health is preferred. Travelers may need to provide references from previous supervisors. This position does not accommodate block scheduling.
