Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Oasis experience Description: Home Health Physical Therapist needed. This position involves providing care in home health settings. The role will require visiting patients in their homes. The therapist is expected to manage a caseload of patients. The standard productivity expectation is 30 points per day. Each physical therapist may visit up to 6 patients daily. The facility does not accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. The traveler is expected to have their own transportation. System capabilities minimize drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum drive radius may exceed 50 miles. Compliance with COVID vaccination and booster requirements is necessary. Oasis experience is required for this position. The dress code is flexible; any color scrubs are acceptable. The charting system used is Epic/Oasis. No on-call duties are required. The position does not require weekend shifts. References from recent employment are needed. Travelers are expected to float between facilities if required.
