Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (subject to vary by an hour or so) Experience: Minimum 1 year of Outpatient Physical Therapist experience required. License: Active Physical Therapy license required. Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required. Must-Have: - Physical Therapist skills checklist document required. - Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required. - License verification document required. - All licenses/certs must be current at the time of submission. - Permanent address must be included in the submission. Description: Seeking a Physical Therapist for Outpatient Services. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for minor variations.
