Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Inpatient Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year required, willing to accept first-time travelers License: Active Compact or State License required at time of submission Certifications: BLS, Kentucky Physical Therapy License Must-Have: Must reside 75 miles from the facility to be considered Description: Morning shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidate must have experience in an inpatient setting. RTO edits will not be accepted once an offer has been made. Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of the offer. Background policy requires submission of any license hits or background check issues upfront. Two professional references are required, one from a charge or higher position and one from a supervisor. Both references must be completed within the last year. Travelers must be willing to accept an 84-hour schedule every two weeks. RTO of up to 7 days will be considered, but it must be presented upfront. Candidates must work either a major or minor holiday shift. Travel pairs are accepted only under certain conditions. Extensions are permitted after working one year, but travelers must take a minimum 6-month break prior to returning.
