# of patients treated per day "Workload fluctuates depending on census; will be expected to do evals and follow ups, and help direct PTA Avg workload 12-15 pts/shift" General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: WI PT licensure Common diagnosis / Types of patients mainly orthopedic (post-surgical, general pain), neuro, imbalance, weakness Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Primarily outpatient but will float over to inpatient depending on schedule needs What areas are they required to cover? Outpatient clinic primarily, some acute care with schedule changes or patient need Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties "Must be able to handle a fast paced busy environment, Must have at least 1 year of experience outside of school Prefer have 3 years of experience outside of school Prefer inpatient experience, will consider someone with only outpatient experience Prefer prior Cerner experience" PT Manager/Supervisor "Patty Hautamaki PT (manager); Sees patient at both Ladysmith and Rice Lake locations; Will jump in and help as needed. Is mindful of workloads in both the Inpatient & Outpatient workloads" Rehab Aides: PTA's 1 PTA primarily located in outpatient; 1 COTA , 2 Rehab Aides/Appt Coordinators duties include scheduling, managing authorizations, cleaning, stocking, record requests Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?
