Location: Santa Rosa, California
Schedule: Day shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 5x8-hour shifts (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Patient volume: 8-10 patients per day. This is a 13-week travel assignment.

Requirements:- Valid California Physical Therapy license (must be in hand prior to submission)
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Acute care and/or rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Willingness to float to acute rehab unit and between affiliated facilities as needed
- Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
- Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
