Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 5x8-hour shifts (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Patient volume: 8-10 patients per day. This is a 13-week travel assignment.

Requirements:
  • Valid California Physical Therapy license (must be in hand prior to submission)
  • Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Acute care and/or rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
  • Trauma Level II experience preferred
  • Willingness to float to acute rehab unit and between affiliated facilities as needed
  • Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
  • Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
