Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Provide inpatient care to orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general med/surg populations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored physical therapy interventions
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individual patient needs
- Document patient progress in the EMR system (Meditech)
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- BLS certification
- 1 year of current hospital acute care, inpatient rehab, or SNF experience
- Ability to work varied day shift hours
