Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patient mobility and functional limitations
Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Monitor progress and modify care plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and recovery strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
