Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Licensure required in both states listed Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Must have own transportation and Oasis experience Description: Home Health Physical Therapist position available. The role involves working in home health settings. The therapist will be expected to manage a ratio of 1:1 patient care. Up to 6 patient visits may occur per day, with a standard productivity point requirement. This position is open to first-time travelers. No weekend work is required for this position. The travel provider will not need to float between units or facilities. The facility will provide flexibility for scheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Mileage reimbursement will adhere to IRS standard guidelines. The attire for this position is business casual; jeans are not allowed. Charting will be conducted using remote client software and a mobile application. Travelers are expected to manage their own communication devices for work-related purposes. The candidate should be prepared for a drive with a maximum radius of roughly 60 miles. Two references from previous work experience during the past three years are required. All travelers are required to float between facilities as needed.
