Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapist - Physical Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 7.5 hours, 07:00 - 15:00 Experience: Minimum years of outpatient experience required License: Connecticut Physical Therapy License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Outpatient experience, ability to work variable shifts Description: Performs therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation utilizing departmental clinical guidelines and protocols. Participates in team conferences and rounds for the purpose of coordinating the patient's plan of care. Provides patient and family education and training. Must stay until 19:00 on Monday and Wednesday. No weekends, floating, or call required.
