Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: State License Required (Compact License Accepted) Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: First-timers not accepted. No weekends required (Monday to Friday position). Charting system experience preferred. Travel experience required. Description: This role is for a Physical Therapist with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The clinician will work a Monday to Friday schedule with hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The patient-to-therapist ratio is 1:6. No weekends are required. Clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs. This position will guarantee 40 hours of work each week. The facility provides acute care and rehabilitation services. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics. Daily responsibilities may involve working with various diagnoses and implementing treatment plans. Required skills include assessment, rehabilitation techniques, and adaptive devices. The position does not require on-call duties. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. No time-off requests will be accepted within the first two weeks of employment. Candidates may request a block schedule. The facility has a supportive interdisciplinary team in place.
