Requirements

• Active Oklahoma state Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
