This role involves assessing and documenting patient needs and developing appropriate treatment plans. The patient population includes adults to geriatrics. The therapist will conduct visits with an average daily census of 80 and manage approximately 6 visits per day. Key responsibilities include administering therapy for various orthopedic and neurological conditions. The therapist will engage in patient and family education regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs. Floating within the facility is required as needed and outside of normal duties. The role includes working on holidays when designated. Full compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary to start on time.
