Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience working with adult to geriatric patient populations - Willingness to travel as required Description: Minimum experience required is 1 year. First-time travelers are accepted. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics. General skills required include Home Health physical therapy. Candidate must be willing to travel across multiple counties. The anticipated patient ratio is 1:5. Experience with HCHB system is required. Scrub color is flexible; any color is acceptable. Travelers must be available to work major holidays if one or two occur during the assignment period. If three major holidays occur during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. The major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Full compliance is required to start on time. Clinical screening will be conducted to determine clinical fit. Preferences for supervisory references are highly recommended. There is a limit of 7 days for requested time off.
