Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
1+ yrs experience Outpatient Orthopedic setting
1+ yrs experience with Manual Therapy Techniques

Preferred Qualifications
Experience treating 14-16 patients per day
Experience treating sprains/strains/fractures
