Travel PT Home Health jobs in Sacramento, CA offer a 13-week assignment with a Monday to Friday schedule, working 8am to 5pm for 40 hours per week. You will provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes, develop individualized care plans, and document visits. This role requires a California PT license and prior home health experience. You will cover Sacramento and the Grass Valley area, with mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile.
