You will use rehabilitation equipment such as splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment, and modalities. Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends/Holiday Coverage Required if needed On Call Requirements: No Call Required qualifications include Home Health Certification, two years of acute nursing care and home care experience, BLS (AHA), a valid driver license, proficiency with OASIS, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
