Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience preferred, considering candidates with 1 year of experience on a case-by-case basis. License: Must have state PT license or pending state license prior to starting. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Must have experience in Home Health. All requested time off must be included in the initial submission. Previous permanent staff cannot return as travelers. Description: The position requires a Physical Therapist with experience in Home Health. The clinician will provide care to patients in their homes and must have experience working with a diverse patient age group, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census will involve multiple patient visits. The clinician will adhere to attendance policies and is expected to handle two missed shifts within the contract period without reasonable explanation. There are specific testing requirements on the first day of orientation. Travelers will have one chance to pass the required tests. Compliance documents must be submitted within the required timeframe. This position values reliable attendance and performance during the contract period.
