Pay: Up to $2,566/week

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a rewarding opportunity in a Long Term Care setting in Haverhill, Massachusetts. If you're passionate about helping patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and mobility interventions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation goals and home exercises.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) when appropriate.
Participate in care conferences and required facility meetings.
✅ Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
✅ Long Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience required
✅ Active Massachusetts PT License
✅ New Graduates Welcome! (Level II clinical experience required)
