Description: The Physical Therapist will provide care in an acute care hospital setting. The clinician will document assessments, discharges, evaluations, long-term goals, and plans of care. Daily census will involve treating an average of 8 patients with approximately 8 visits per day. The facility has 25 rooms/beds available. Floating within service line may be required to meet facility needs. Candidates must have a full year of relevant in-specialty experience within the past 12 months, with no employment gaps exceeding 90 days. Preference will be given to candidates with previous charge experience. Reference requirement includes two references from the past year, one from a supervisory level. Drug screening will be part of the hiring process, and candidates must complete labs within 48-72 hours of signing. Pre-start modules are required before the start date.
