Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 1 year of prior outpatient physical therapy experience required License: State license required; can be pending upon submission or applied for immediately upon offer acceptance Certifications: BLS, State PT License required Must-Have: New graduates are welcome, but must have outpatient experience. Locals not accepted (must be 75+ miles from facility). Description: This position is for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. Candidates should have at least one year of outpatient physical therapy experience. A state license is required, which can be pending at the time of application or applied for immediately upon acceptance of an offer. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30. Candidates must be able to assess and treat a variety of conditions, including but not limited to ankle sprains, knee injuries, and low back pain. Skills in patient education, plan of care, and functional capacity examinations are essential. Candidates should be familiar with charting systems, particularly Cerner. Experience with geriatrics and orthopedic conditions is preferred. The successful candidate will manage a variety of patient diagnoses and provide high-quality patient care.
