The role involves making approximately six visits per day. Patients will primarily be adults with chronic diseases, wound care needs, IV therapy, and disease teaching. Candidates must possess experience in wound care, maintenance notes, and geriatric care. A driver's license and proof of insurance are required for this position. The successful applicant will use a Samsung Note 9 phone and Homecare Homebase EMR for documentation. Experience with IV therapy, pleurx, wound vac, and assessment tools is essential.
