Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina required prior to start.
• Proof of current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of personal vehicle insurance required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments, develop and revise Plans of Care, document progress notes, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams as part of routine practice.
• Ability to do heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing and prolonged standing and walking required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally as required by caseload.
