Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association–approved program or equivalent professional degree.
- Current South Carolina license as a Physical Therapist required prior to start of assignment.
- Proof of current CPR certification required.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
- Previous home health experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the role including heavy lifting, prolonged standing and walking, bending, pushing and pulling.
- Demonstrated ability to document Plans of Care, progress notes and other clinical records in a timely manner.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally as needed.
