Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Petaluma, CA 94952Start Date: May 4, 2026
Location: Northern California, conveniently located one hour from San Francisco and 45 minutes from Napa Valley in a charming community
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35-40 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:- Valid and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
- SNF/LTC experience required; ability to adapt quickly to facility workflows
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented approach
- Comprehensive compliance documentation including background checks, immunizations, drug screening, and competency exams
