Requirements:- Valid and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current skills checklist completed within one year for physical therapy specialty
- Two professional references from within the past three years, including one supervisor reference
- Comprehensive background screening and health compliance documentation
- California-required Sexual Harassment Training completion
