Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with evaluations, development of skilled treatment plans, and documentation for geriatric populations preferred.
• Patient handling and mobility equipment experience (Hoyer lifts, gait belts) preferred.
