Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-Hour Days Hours per Shift: Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not required Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: Experience in outpatient care Description: The position is for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. The role will require providing physical therapy services to patients. Candidates must be able to work the designated shifts for the duration of the assignment. The client reserves the right to cancel a professional up to the equivalent of 36 hours during the 13-week assignment, with no penalty for the shift. Charting will be done using the EPIC system. BLS Certification is required for this position. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in physical therapy. This role does not require a license for submission.
