Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-CA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required 1 Year of Outpatient Ortho experience
1 Year of experience Manual Therapy Techniques
BS or higher in Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications
experience treating 14-16 patients/day
experience treating sprains/strains/fractures
